By using AutoCareer's AI-powered job application service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service description

AutoCareer provides an AI-powered platform that helps users automate job applications, generate resumes, and optimize their job search. We match you with relevant openings, fill out application forms on your behalf, and submit them through employer applicant tracking systems.

2. Acceptable use

• Use the service for legitimate job applications only.
• Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile and resume.
• Respect intellectual property rights of employers and third parties.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

3. Prohibited activities

• Creating fake job applications or fraudulent profiles.
• Spamming employers with irrelevant or off-target applications.
• Using the service for harassment, discrimination, or any unlawful purpose.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, or compromise our AI systems.
• Sharing your account credentials with anyone else.

4. Subscription & billing

AutoCareer offers a Free tier (3 applications, lifetime) and paid monthly plans: Starter ($9, 20 apps), Pro ($19, 50 apps), and Max ($39, 150 apps). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor (Creem.io). Application credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over.

You may cancel any time from the Subscription page. After cancellation, your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period, then reverts to the Free tier.

5. Refund policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges. Upon cancellation, your paid plan benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free tier. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing period.

6. Application accuracy

AutoCareer fills out forms based on the profile information you provide. You are responsible for ensuring your resume, work history, and answers are accurate. We are not liable for misrepresentations resulting from outdated or incorrect profile data — keep your profile up to date.

7. Limitation of liability

AutoCareer provides an automated job application service on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that any application will result in an interview or job offer. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to lost opportunities, rejected applications, or inaccurate form submissions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or engage in any prohibited activity. You may delete your account any time from the dashboard.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any legal action.
