Service Description

Autocareer provides an AI-powered platform that helps users automate job applications, generate resumes, and optimize their job search process.

Acceptable Use

  • Use the service for legitimate job applications only
  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations

Prohibited Activities

  • Creating fake job applications or profiles
  • Spamming employers with irrelevant applications
  • Using the service for harassment or discrimination
  • Attempting to reverse engineer our AI systems

Subscription Terms

AutoCareer offers four subscription tiers: Free ($0/month, 2 applications), Starter ($19/month, 50 applications), Growth ($39/month, 100 applications), and Pro ($49/month, 200 applications). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time through the Subscription Management page. After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to the Free tier.

Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges. Upon cancellation, your paid plan benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account will revert to the Free tier. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing period.

Limitation of Liability

AutoCareer provides an automated job application service on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that any application will result in an interview or job offer. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our Service, including but not limited to lost opportunities, rejected applications, or inaccurate form submissions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any legal action.
